Let the product
speak for itself.
We want to understand useful robots and give their makers a fair, informed review. The questions are published before the product arrives.
Send the exact configuration.
Identify the model, hardware revision, software, intended user, shipping status and documented capabilities. Provide product and technical documentation links.
Make the review terms clear.
State whether the unit is a loan, gift or purchase; who covers shipping; any return deadline; and any commercial relationship. These details will be disclosed.
Expect the same standard.
We test against the product’s purpose using the published rubric. Technical clarification is welcome. Approval of conclusions or ratings is not part of the arrangement.
Help readers understand the limits.
Identify scripted tasks, remote operators, cloud dependencies and setup constraints. A clear limitation is useful information, not a reason to hide a result.
